Add Terry Butcher's name to that of Colin Calderwood and you get a good idea of how weak managers can oversee a slide of confidence and form to threaten our Premiership existence.
Cabbage is still good for you

Its only a matter of time before we send hecky on a one way trip back to Yorkshire.

It should seriously happen 1st thing tomorrow morning Jim. This calls for real leadership and direction from Hibs officials on the board and ultimately Leeann Dempster to act accordingly. Possibly our main shareholder, Mr Gordon, should be applying pressure as well because I'm damn sure he must be well aware of this crisis that is unfolding at the club after sitting amongst Hibs fans a few weeks ago during the home game v Saint Johnstone. Paul Heckingbottom cannae disguise his limitations on managing a footie team any more, no matter how much he talks about the probs and criticism of a team that he should have been "moulding" into an accountable unit and doing his job properly.
NO MORE PROCRASTINATION ON THIS ISSUE LEEANN - TIME TO ACT!!

As you say, sometimes difficult decisions need to be made. As in any walk of life.

I just don't think he can turn it around. He hadn't a Scooby when potter went to 4-4-2, I mean basic stuff really. The players he's brought in have been generally awful, and most importantly he doesn't seem to have any passion for the job. He's talking about making drastic changes now, but he chops and changes most weeks anyway.

Normally you would want to give it to xmas if there were any encouraging signs. But there really isn't.

Meanwhile I'm watching John McGinn having a "blinder" v Arsenal on bbc MOTD2 and lotsa Hibs fans are wondering why we are watching such piss footie at this time and I'll definitely add Hertz into that criticism as well because the general standard of footie is downright awful TBF about hit!!. Hibs have gradually whittled down our better players who contributed a lot to the good fortunes of the club. Sure, a lotta these players wanted to move on to better footie leagues but during this gradual process we've taken the money but consequently downgraded the decent standard of past Hibs sides to the point where even our ability to hire a good manager, a good organiser, tactician and motivator of footie players has "gone down the plug hole" and will "cost us" in one way or the other!!

I think you've pretty well highlighted the views of most Hibs fans, we are all sick of watching our better players moving on and leaving the team seriously weakened as a result. The players brought in have not been close to the standard of those we lost and that is going to cost us dearly.
If we lose to Killie - which most of us are expecting- I think our next home game will see a huge drop in our home support and that will continue until the board take positive action to remidy our position. They have to act quickly when there is some hope that a new manager can rescue the season and give us some hope that we can still achieve a top 6 finish.

Yep Wattie! It is amazing when one looks at the Scot Prem league table that one win could propel Hibs to mid-table - says a lot about the poor standard of the Scot League anyway!
