As there's only 3 weeks of the season left with the current Gamball scoring, thought we'd see how the tables would look if the Gamball had just been treated as a normal plain Jane match instead of the benefits or penalties that it carries  

THE GAMBALL EFFECT

   

5 main changes of note - Zin would indeed have virtually wrapped up the league with an open top bus at the ready  
Matt would have climbed 4 places up into 4th with the Gamball having cost him 34 points this season  
DD would drop 4 to 6th having been the beneficiary of a whopping 49 points off the Gamball  
Joker would have a live chance of avoiding the drop sitting in the last place of safety  
While but for the Gamball Amelia would be firmly bottom of the league being another to register a profit to the tune of 29 points  

   

In the Championship it's hard to believe but all the players are in profit with their Gamball predictions. The race for promotion would still be close but not half as close as it is now.
Beefy still leads the way and instead of 19 points clear of 3rd would be 33 instead, Bomber would collect the 2nd promotion spot as the big losers would be 4eva 31 points worse off, BaggieOne 40 and Snooty a whopping 55 points fewer than he has in the real world .
Some things DON'T change as Vicar would still be propping up the table some way adrift
