Just wondered if this takeover goes through will they get rid of Jack and give Brian Deane the job? If they got rid of Jack it would be very very unpopular with the fans including me.

Haven't a clue who would want the job. Been reading on Bob's Board there talking about a AFC Chesterfield.

Would love to see Bobs Board have a go at forming an AFC Chesterfield ,they'd have less chance of getting it off the ground than post Brexit Ryanair .They couldn't even organise a decent protest at the last game.
As for Brian Deane ,my guess is the new owners would be stupid to sack Jack and make themselves unpopular with the fans unless he wasn't getting the results and I'm afraid no manager gets away with bad results (except Arsene Wenger).

AFC Chesterfield is a Bob's Board perennial, they never get further than buying the seeds. They never plant anything. It is a great idea in its way, but it is a long-term commitment, loads of work and lots of fundraising.

Would need somewhere to play, Kit, badge drawn up, enter a league, hold trials to find players, get coaches, manager, physio, Create a board with representatives which would have to be voted on by the fans and also you would need capital as well.

It's easier said then done.
