It comes with age and experience Richie and whatever else I would have said if only I could remember. No sugar or milk in my tea thanks. You'll get the hang of it once you go upstairs about 3 times for something you didn't need anyway.

Really open 0-0 both teams went for it from the off. CP said Hogg had a knock from Wolves on his RL interview, so going 442 left us open at times, Smithies a couple of excellent stops and psyched out JR who pulled his pen well wide.
You could see Wells enjoyed extra time and space that playing alongside Holt allowed, Robinson has grown over the past week too and deserves the shirt over Dicko at present.
We had shots and crosses, got into good positions from excellent work all afternoon from Bunn & Scanz but couldnt find that clear chance and worried if we had gone behind if we could have found a goal ourselves.
There is certainly more to come from us, we need to get the ball down a bit quicker and retain possession more, neither Coady or Butterfield have much pace so it's crucial we get it down and out wide as soon as possible where we can hurt the opposition.
A massive improvement over the past week to what has been on offer and hope the break can be used to get the squad back to full fitness, including JV and Gerrard pushing at the door.
The train trip lot were as pissed and loud as I expected as many as 150 for Irish.

4 points is probably at least 3 more than any of us dared hope for this week. Bonus is that the points have come from good performances too. We are only 3 points off mid-table obscurity now. Onwards and upwards.

Very solid performance and we dug in when we had to, a very pleasing point given the last 7 days results. My big complaint about today was we failed to look after the ball properly, in particular in the second half leaving to all kind of pressure from Blackburn which could have been avoided by keeping possession correctly.
Scannell was excellent, everything good came through him today. We defended well on the whole and deserved our clean sheet. I also think we could have seized the initiative a little more when Blackburn had run out of idea to grab the 1-0 win but the last 10 minutes was all Town.
Really not sure on Robinson, although in the main he was solid enough today although I'm not sure what hd was doing trying to make a tackle on the half way line leaving the wing badly exposed, which Blackburn immediately tried to exploit.
Much improved of late and we seem to be moving in the right direction. Particularly pleased for Powell as he came in for some stick initially but the last week has seen him regain the fans trust somewhat. Good to see him with the players at the final whistle have a word with every player and salute the fans.
Did any else see the ref book the wrong man today? He booked Williamson instead of Olsen for the foul on Scannell.

Happy with a point today. Sounded like a good game on the radio.
