Japanese is the way. Definitely not french Thumb up

BTW did you just blatantly ignore my international thread or something. I honestly did dedicate a section to you as well. Suppose this rift between us will never be sorted Cry

I've had three french cars and not had a problem with any of them. Last problem car I had was a Vauxhall Carlton & that was many years ago.

Germans make the best cars.

Had 3 VW's and now got an Audi. Bombproof.

Think pretty much most cars are similar now. You get the odd Friday afternoon car but otherwise they are all fine.

It's not so much unreliable with french cars, they're just expensive to fix when something does go wrong

The reps at work use Insignias and we've had no problems with them.

I had a Megane and the power steering failed. £1500 to fix it!! Think the car was worth about £2500 and I've never trusted French cars since then!

Best car I've ever had was a BMW 325d. Superb car, only sold it because it doesn't fit three kids and all their equipment in comfortably!!!

I get company lease now so get to change if for a new one every two years. Hate having to spend money when cars go wrong so leasing is best option for me!!

Don't talk to me about cars!

Bought a second hand Astra (59 plate) in May and since June it just keeps beeping at me and telling me the Airbag needs servicing.

It doesn't, I've had it checked and no-one can tell me why the car keeps beeping! GRRR.

mum's just been given a ford c max while her car's fixed (some knob drove into back of her on a roundabout). Brilliant car to drive the c max Thumb up it's about 3 yo with 4000 miles though which might have something to do with how well it drives Laugh
