I can only name with certainty Ray Potter (and I'm not even sure that's him) Don Howe and Ronnie Allen.

Yep, the goalie's Ray Potter, and Ronnie Allen's next to Derek Kevan.

One of the players pictured is usually best remembered for his ball-juggling ability... Whistle

That'll be David Burnside, but I've forgotten what he looked like. We need Baggie Man and Alouion on the case!
Ok, I've Googled him, but that's cheating, so I won't divulge, but I have got Stuart Williams far right.

Yep, Davy Burnside third from the right and Stuart Williams on the far end. I'll supply the first names of the remaining players:

First on the left is a man named Derek.
After Potter & Howe, the fourth man from the left is called Maurice.
Next to him is a Jimmy.
After Kevan, Allen and the mascot (little Johnny Tromans, who seemed to be a permanent mascot in those days), the fella fourth from right is a Joe.
And finally, between Burnside and Williams is another Jimmy.

Fantastic work! All correct; the man you're missing is a Scotsman who made 166 consecutive league appearances for Albion - a record which stood until Ally Robertson came along - and 320 in total from 1945 to 1959, scoring nine goals in the process. He was a right-half, though he began his career as an inside-forward, and after leaving Albion he went on to play for Walsall, taking a job at Guest Motors in West Bromwich once he hung up his boots. He was also a (distant?) relative of a regular poster on here.

If you're still struggling: although born in Glasgow, he shared his surname with a Black Country town.

As an aside, I wish Albion would commission some manufacturer to reproduce that shirt. It looks fantastic.
