Pick 16 teams in total, 8 you think will do well, 8 you think will do crap and get points for all sorts.

Essentially yes, you predict 8 teams to do well from whatever league and you score points if they do well. You then pick 8 teams that will do badly and if they indeed do perform badly results wise, then you score points for that. Devon will be doing the scoring each week, so you just have to pick the teams you think will score you the most points.

Honestly, I didn't read it because it dragged on a bit.
