Preparations continued with a 2-0 win against Ayr in a match played at Auchenhowie - Match report

Halliday and Holt played as trialists with the latter scoring our second. Seems there's a good chance we'll offer one or both of them contracts.

Interesting to note that for all the comings and goings over the last couple of years, five of the players who started were regulars in the 2012/13 team. Will the new manager get better results with them?

"Lee Wallace reveals 'respect' is at the centre of Rangers' new Code of Conduct"

More positive improvements under way in the ongoing revitalisation of the club. Thumb up

Does make you wonder what was going on under previous regimes.

I think as time has gone by it has become clear that not only were the boardroom behaving with incompetence but the tam mangement was essentially doing the same, all of it unchecked by each other!!  Bringing that respect, and professionalism back to the club as a whole is long overdue for Rangers and even if King has a murky past if he achieves that one thing then he will have made progress!!

The boardroom weren't incompetent they done what they set out to do take as much money out of the club as they could in that regard they were super efficient, but your bang on with the management team they were honking.

Ok, taking money out of the club at a time of need is incompetence form the point of view of being a board of directors of a football club!!

Forgot to add the wage thief ex manager is still taking £800k a year too,SCO I don't call it incompetence Green and co knew exactly what the were going to do from day one,a club like rangers were always going to be a way of reaping dough hence the share issue and subsequent bonuses and whatever else paid out.

He's got his obsession to feed. Every reply he gets validates his existence, in his tiny, tiny mind. He's got no desire to discuss football, or debate relevant, sentient points about Rangers. All he does is troll this board.

Time to put the bell-end on ignore again. Thumb up

Like i'll give a f*ck Trus batter in yer a tadger anyway.

Coop merely responding to SCO saying the board were incompetent and saying they were only there for one reason to make very easy money then f*ck off when they made it.
