So here it is then. What would appear to be my last ever Town match.

And reading posts on here and other socials, there's a hell of a lot of people in the same frame of mind.

Yes, we've had worse situations than this and I was one of the first to renew when the club survived in the summer of 2003. But we both had jobs then. Circumstances change don't they.

A price freeze might have tempted us back again. But then again, no.

Let's hope we all get thanked for our service to the club as well, with the players giving us a decent win.

Picked us off whenever they felt like it. The replays might show otherwise but it looked like two or three of our own defenders got in Chappers way when he scored for them.

Can't be as bad next season, but I might have said that last season.

Just throwing money at it and hoping it will work isn't a good plan. You need a good plan to throw money at and so far Kevin the Gerbil hasn't come up with one.

We walked out after clapping Hoggy off. Never done owt like that before.

On a positive note though. We're home early, so having a bit of tea then I will set about doing the Prediction League results. Smile

We somehow lasted until 1-3, we were sat in the club back in in Flockton when it went 1-4.
