That is correct St Charles.
If you use the

and get the correct scoreline/outcome you'll get 16pts.

That`s how I read it, St Charles.
Took into account what you said SB and thought that the scoring system last season was too complex. I also took on board what Dev said about the correct score lines.
I hope everyone is happy with the new scoring system.

To be fair, Matt, I don`t think I ever said it was too complex; i just said i wasn`t struck on it. That said, it really doesn`t matter what I or anyone else thinks; you`re the one that runs the game and puts all the effort into it, so it`s your call. I`d still have joined in again regardless of what system you were using and I`m sure the rest of us would as well.
Good luck (but not too much of it, obviously) to everybody for this season. Anybody prepared to make any predictions on what the league table - top 7, say - will look like at t the end of the season? You could give bonus points for any correct positions, Matt.

You misunderstood me SB. I took on board what you said about you weren't struck on it, but I'm the one who looking back thinks the old scoring system was too complex, I know you said it wasn't complex. Yes I run the prediction league etc but your opinion and everyone else's is valid and I like to hear it.
As for predicting the league table, I did have something in mind but a little differently which will be put on a separate thread.

Great Matt. In your role as moderator I just noticed Stockport County appear in Babble lists in both Division 2 and our league. I think that means a club has been missed off our league and replaced by Stockport. Do you have the massive power required to sort it? I can't work out which club is missing without using a brain I don't have.
Look forward to predicting everyone's scores but ours. I feel disloyal if I predict we'll lose and if I put us down to win I feel I've just killed all chance of it coming true. I'm afraid there is nothing even a Moderator can do about that one!
I unfuddled my brain and discovered it is Kidderminster who have been deleted for Stockport in the list.
