We have to push for the fifth batting point tomorrow. 59 needed off 14 overs. Can't see Middlesex scoring over 400 now

Should have sent Brooks in instead of Patterson when Hodd got out. Only needed 8 off the last over but Patterson faced all of the strike

Middlesex 4 bonus points
Yorkshire 5 bonus points with 2 more still available That fifth batting point we missed (or pissed away if you like) could be very costly and I can see Notts folding leaving them to get about 150 in 5 sessions. We have to blow Durham away in the morning or I fear it will be runners up spot this season. Which, considering we have missed Root, Ballance, Bairstow, Plunket, Rashid and Willey due to England call ups for most of the season ain't too bad

Durham all out 265. Yorkshire not enforcing follow-on and batting again.
Notts 110 for 2 v. Middlesex. Rain forecast for tomorrow so might be best to get finished today, if possible.
