There not called Blunts, there FC Barcelona cause there football's that good!!!
Nothing great will ever be achieved without great men, and men are great only if they are determined to be so. For glory gives herself only to those who have always dreamed of her.

What a load of xxxx wank and a waste of money. It was xxxx raining, xxxx cold and I did think about not going. But no,I says we have improved,we'll beat these,so off I go.As soon as I saw the team I knew I had made a mistake and I was right.Van Larry May gives them a goal,or Wildsmith has lost his voice and no one heard him shout to leave it.Second goal Wildsmith let's the ball go through his body some how, third goal comedy defending again. 2 sendings off didn't help but we were piss poor before them.A complete farce of a game.
Then to top it all off I scraped the side of the xxxx car on someones bumper trying to get out of where I was parked and they only saw me so I had to stop.xxxx bastard Wednesday.

Mind you we could be Everton who are 4-0 down at HT
Nothing changes,again.

No fish food and steak BS from Jos in his post match interview. Think the players might be in for a rough week.

I think Maddix has been saying longer than anyone, nowt to do with the cup though!!!!

I exercise my right to disagree. Our squad right now is bloody useless but if we get any injuries during a stupid f.a. cup game, a cup that we can't possibly win anyway, where will that put us? Suppose Joao got injured, or Reach, for example. If I'm the only one on here that sees it that way that's fine, but our form is relegation material and we cannot afford risking players in the cup. And calling me an irritating old goat, tit or twat doesn't alter my opinion, nor does it bother me actually.

We have virtually a full team on the treatment table, none of whom got injured in a cup game. Injuries will happen at any time, today we lost two players to red cards who will now miss games. Its not a case of focusing on the cup, but as we stand what team could he play in any gme, we are down to bare bones as it is?? If you don’t want to risk players in the cup, who on earth would you currently play? As a squad, we are screwed, if the full squad was available then I might agree with you, play some reserves, but its is the reserves we are playing now.

I watched a reply someone posted on YT but it's hard to tell why Matias got a straight red. He went in energetically because the defender was shielding the ball out of play and based on their height differences he might have caught him in the face trying to turn him but no way was it as malicious as some of the fouls that don't even get yellows. Their defender was more aggressive afterwards. That was all down to the **** Of a linesman on the north stand side. I think initially the ref would have just given a goal kick and got on with it !!!

Brief ratings, can’t be arsed to say much more:

Wildsmith - 5, poor for the first two goals, but didn’t have a ton to do apart from that.
Venancio - 5, mistake for first goal, admitted it and was generally ok.
Loovens - 5, not at fault for the goals and not really on long enough to rate.
Pudil - 5, played ok, best of the three CHs but got a stupid booking to get the red.

Palmer - 6, did ok today, still can’t cope with getting forward though, loses his head everytime he does.
Butterfield - 3, brings nothing to attack and struggles to tackle, waste of a shirt.
Reach - 6, most of our good stuff comes through him but too much back and sideways passes today.
Pelupessy - 6, does a decent job of breaking up play, but not much else. Is solid but needs better players around him.
Fox - 5, better going forward but still look out of his depth and relies on Reach too much.

Nuhiu - 4, offered nothing today, won only a few headers and never looked like scoring or setting anyone else up.
Matias - 5, looked lively before the red card. Need to see that again, some suggesting he punched their player but the camera angle I have seen doesn’t show it.

Joao - 8, MOM for us, offered pace, strength and a will to win the ball that few others showed. Nice goal as well, has to start every game.
Thorniley - 6, came on when the game was well and truly lost but did nothing wrong, deserves a run in the team even if just so we can see what we have.
Boyd - 5, did nothing, offered nothing different, really not suited to a 3 man midfield because he doesn’t get stuck in enough.

Jos - 7, not much else he could do with the side he picked, could have played Rhodes maybe, or Boyd but they are not exactly major changes. He is working with either crap player or players who have no confidence and it shows. Was brave enough to change it early in taking off Loovens, was positive in his subs until it was beyond us and couldn’t do anything about the red cards. He changed formation quickly enough, that bodes well, if it ain’t working, change it!!

This bunch of reserves are not good enough, but should be good enough to keep us up. Seeing the youngsters play is good and useful but we have to find some goals and a few wins to take the pressure off. Getting back a FF or Lees or even Lee is imperative to add some confidence to the rest.

Saw a comment from someone on the north stand who said he though Matias threw a punch, the camera angle doesn’t pick it up but it does show an attempted head butt from their player!! A yellow for both would have been enough.
