WBA vs Bristol City - FA Cup Third Round Match Thread
Job done. Sess a different player in opening 30 mins of 2nd half.
Big Vic did quite well on the whole.
Pocognoli looked quite steady so a positive if required on Sat.

Great result. Next round secured and a positive result prior to the Villa - Big Vic not injured and so available for Saturday plus Fletcher should return.

Still a tough game this Saturday but I feel a tad better.

Good enough, encouraging performances from some of the less regular starters.

Posh will be quaking in their boots, then.
Still, happy to have won.

Let's hope Fletcher wasn't risked tonight with a view to playing against Villa.
His experience would be invaluable in a derby game. Need to keep Jonny Evans at centre half too.

Substandard performance all in all (though some good aard work by a few individuals, notably Vic in midfield), but with an injury crisis and a fixture pile-up, it was always going to be about the result first and foremost.

And now for the main event...

Overall that wasn't a great performance but it's job done and through to the next round.

Any news of a pitch invasion at the seal sanctuary by the way?  Whistle

Thought Poco was decent tonight. Hopefully he will feature rather than Olson or Dawson at LB if brunt is out Saturday
