RIP Hereford United
Ah well, 2 important home games yield only 1 point. Only got one after a fight back from 1 . 3 down last night against Alfreton...........that's the play offs gone but in all honesty we're not good enough. Doh

On to the merry go round of the squad leaving at the end of the season and a new team being assembled for next year. Cannot see we'll ever make the National League. Confused

Oh dear. Never say never. Look to Luton for inspiration. Anything can happen in this game.

Despite pushing the play off spots for much of the second half of the season, form fell away meaning that the Bulls finished 11th. Up till last week it was still mathematically possible to get sixth and a spot, but Boston won at Banbury which meant that the final game of the season became a dead rubber for Hereford.

This too was against Boston who needed to win to secure their own play off spot and duly ran out 0 . 2 winners and secured that sixth spot. This was despite 4000 + Hereford fans turning up to say goodbye to this team.........and await a new team for next season. Doh Having said that we have 2 players who have signed to stay for the start of next year including Alex Babos who is perhaps the best midfielder we have and takes a great free kick. Perhaps with more continuity we could push for promotion but like everything else in football nowadays it comes down to money..........anyone know any American film stars? Big Grin
