Brilliant fantastic result in so many ways league table goals and a so called derby win !!! Brighton friday night coming up is also not looking so bad after Preston put them away !!

Great result!!! Not the best performance maybe but we certainly had the better of it in the 2nd half and were back to being dangerous on the break like we saw so many times last season. Forestieri seems back to his best, Bannan was more involved further up the pitch and Winnal & McManaman did well when they came on. Our good run continues, unbeaten in 6 now and only 1 defeat in 10, so a good run and time to kick on and keep picking up the points!!!

xxxx BBC mcmanaman the on loan liverpool player Doh

just need a wolves win and saturday has turned into a parallel universe !!

Huddersfield were defeated 2-0 by Yorkshire rivals and fellow play-off hopefuls Sheffield Wednesday, having been reduced to 10 men after Jack Payne's red card. But Terriers boss David Wagner was not happy with the officials afterwards.

"We played well in a difficult place; I'm proud of the performance," said Wagner. "Three decisions decided the game.

"In my opinion, Nahki Wells was fouled for the first goal, Jack Payne's tackle wasn't a red and the second goal was tight, but offside.

"Being honest, we also did not take our chances. We were not clinical enough

Ill be the judge of that .. thank you very much Whistle

He may be right with everything he says but why do managers always go back to claim a foul up the other end that leads to a goal, plenty of time for the rest of the team to stop the goal!! Lets wait to see the red card before we pass judgement on that but the offside one makes me laugh, he is in no position to know if its offside or not from his technical area!!! Maybe he has seen a reply but that is unlikely to be from the right angle in a non-tv match!!!

He is right after that, we took our chances, they didn't, but thats football and you see it every week!!!

They are referring to their keeper Ward who is on loan from Liverpool.

Wolves go 1-0 up over Villa!!

Just watched the highlights, Wallace hit an absolute WORLDIE, the red (if a straight red) was harsh really, other than that we defended well and Huddersfield can't finish ... think we just about deserved the win, more importantly ..WTF is that away kit ???????

A game of two halves! We were poor first half!

Winnall looked good and should have scored, but took too long and the right back made a fantastic challenge on him. Saying that he linked up well with Fessi.

Mcmanaman looks absolute quality!

Excellent result. Just what we needed, and about time the decisions went our way, we've had plenty against us.
