Aries me ode mate !  Where've you bin? Not seen you on here during the frantic last few days of the Window.
Agree, Krul is a very good keeper and I'd love to see him at The Hawthorns BUT, would he have settled for being No.2 to Ben?

Great window but being greedy I would have liked to have seen a skilful attacking visionary midfielder signed!

Been on my travels mate, and unable to access the Internet from deepest rural Thailand. Am in Bahrain now.

I'd imagine, as Baggie Man says, Brighton will give Krul what we wouldn't: first-team football week in, week out. Unfortunately I think a lack of proper competitive football on a weekly basis dulls the sharp instincts of any keeper, and you'd see the mistakes creeping into Krul's game as they have with Myhill's.

On a side note though, it only feels like five minutes since that first Championship game of the season in 2009 when he came on for the second half and scraped a point for Newcastle. He only looked about 12!

I was at that game too Ska'd and by rights Albion should have won it about 4-1. Krul was what, 19, and he was magnificent, and you really couldn't begrudge Newcastle their point that day. I think it was also Jonathan Greening's last game for us (or one of them) before moving to Fulham.

I think it was Chris Wood's first game. Fluffed a good chance to win it, if I remember right.

We cannot be thinking of signing him, it must just be while he tries to find something in the lower divisions. I mean a 34 year old midfielder released by QPR is hardly going to get in ahead of Mozza and Brunty, who have a fight themselves to get into the team. I do wonder though why he is not training with the Dingles, who he captained for years.

Birmingham Mail have said that we have no intention of signing him, we are just happy for him to turn up to training to remain fit for a while.

After all our slagging off of TP 're his use of loan signings has he been vindicated ...... Everton's Brendan Galloway on loan at championship Sunderland can't get a game, after two poor performances he has not even been included in the match day 18 .......

Speaks volumes ......

Several clubs sniffing round Tyler Roberts, from what I see. Not sure if I'd rather be sniffed at by Swansea or pounced on by Pulis. Both pretty unsavoury thoughts.
