I don't think this will win you any popularity contests. We are all praying for snow in Spain.
You realise you are going to miss a win today.
I've no idea how or why it will happen BUT Blue's optimism will be confirmed today. Tuesday might dash his hopes, but till then he'll be a happy bunny.

Miss a win - some chance of that? Estrella's so much nicer when its ice cold and the temps 24 degrees. Hope to god the rumours about O'Grady are true though. Might just be tempted to renew my ST if he goes.

Should have won that today. We played better than we have been doing. Wycombe shouldn't be where they are in the league, their cheats, diving to con the ref to win freekicks. Officials were poor. The first goal they scored was from a throw in which shouldn't have been a Wycombe throw in.

We certainly created chances but as usual the finishing left a lot to be desired. On another day Dodds could have had a hat trick .I say on another day but thinking about it he has missed quite a few chances lately but at least he is on a position to score.
Overall Evo has to be fairly pleased considering Wycombe were going all out for promotion.I would expect a win on Tuesday for Evo to have any chance of getting the gig for net season in my opinion.
However the words Silk Purse and Sows Ear spring to mind.
Ramsdale would have to be my man of the match ,for 19 years old he is proving to be an excellent keeper with a couple of outstanding saves again today notwithstanding the odd gaffe, which is understandable when learning his trade .Even so he has made saves this season which Anyon would have got anywhere near .Rammers is heading for the top in my opinion.

So if the rumour that the remaining in contract players wages already exceeds our budget for next year (as confirmed by AC), what do you all honestly feel our chances are in the National League?
If nobody is moved on (in all honesty apart from Dennis, who would want any of them) our only chance of incoming will be free loans.
For what its worth, I believe we will struggle and unless we can get rid of at least half the deadwood including COG, I think we could well go down again. Its no good coming up with lists of names who would/could do a job for us, if we don't get rid of some we are in a mess.
The other interesting rumour is that CFC could go into administration with DA keeping the Proact. This is seen as a solution to get rid of all the contracted players at a stroke and wipe out the debts. It also means no wage bill for the summer months. Risky business if its true as an administrator is duty bound to accept the best offer for the club and not be a cosy interim holder of the club for DA's preferred deal makers.
Interesting times ahead.
Things may come and things may go but the Art School Dance goes on forever - Pete Brown and Piblokto.

The players in contract will have to take a 20% pay cut next season. I think we will finish about mid-table in the National League but Macclesfield have shown this year that you can get promoted on such a small budget.
If the club goes into administration we won't be allowed in the National League and will have to join the Evo-Stik. If we did go into administration Dancing could it mean the end?

Matt, does that apply if we do it before the end of next week ie this season? Doesn't it only mean a points deduction?

Charles its not so much the points deduction as the rule regarding being allowed into the National League. As I understand it Hereford had to drop to the Evo Stick lge but it seems there were special circumstances. I think we can still be allowed into the National League even if in admin. The link you posted only applies to the FL (I think).

How anyone can make a prediction at this point is beyond me as there are many unknowns ;
1,Who will be the owner ?
2,Who will be the manager ?
3,Who will be playing for us ?
As soon as this becomes a bit clearer then we can start to make predictions.Ill come back with mine in July although I have to say I was quite hopeful last July especially when we signed O'Grady so I may be more cautious this time.

From what I was told by a Stockport County fan is you have to fulfill all of your fixtures and if you go into Admin before the season they refuse you entry to the National League/North/South but if you go into Admin during the season they will gave you a 10 pt deduction.

It was Boston United not Hereford. Hereford went bust altogether.

Isn’t there a rule now that if you do it after a certain point of the season the points deduction applies to next season?? Didn’t they come up with this rule after L**ds did it after they were relegated??
I think this shows that if the administration is declared after the 4th Thursday in March then the points deduction will apply to the following season. Check section 12.3.1 and the following paragraphs.

Rules are different in the National League Charles from the Football League. The National League is must stricter.
