Probably a fair result in the end, both team had chances through the Game.

3 clean sheets in a row, just need to start scoring.

Well JL seems to have the defence sorted, whoever plays there. Just need to work on scoring now but we did have chances today.
No idea how he is going to get Rhodes functioning though !!!

As Imre says the systems there, just need the players.

Kudos to the back three and goalie thought they all played well.

Decent performance overall against a team in the top 3. Back 3 hardly put a foot wrong and got some great blocks in when they did get a chance. Our forwards carved out chances but need a goal or two to get confidence back. Reach had a decent game, as did Jones, Wallace was quiet. Fox did much better in the 2nd half, Palmer was ok. Wildsmith has made the keepers spot his, isn’t making any mistakes, his distribution is good and he is making key saves when needed.

IMRES NO BULLSHIT RATINGS

WILDSMITH ...8 Made a few good saves and was very commanding again when the ball was swung into the danger area Thumb up
PALMER ...5 Got caught out half way up the pitch in the first half gave a few sloppy balls away in the second half but in all played better than his usual dogshit self Whistle still he must only be in so Hunt can rest up a bit as he is the weakest link in the system Thumb down

VENESA......8 MOM He was outstanding today apart from blocking just about everything Cardiff tried to carve out he even went close to running through a full team of cardiff players and scoring untill he got possesed by CC telling him to pass it sideways Doh

PUDIL....8 Outstanding for the second game on the trot Huh WTF is happening ? he played like Venesa brilliantly today mopping everything up at the back and bringing it out well Thumb up hes not the answer for the future as we all know he will sooner rather than later xxxx something up Whistle but at the moment with the dogshit competition of Loovens and Van of Larry hes stays put Thumb up

THORNILEY...8One shakey moment in the first half where he seemed pressured on with the ball .. but as the game went on his confidence grew and he like his other two defenders blocked and tackled brilliantly Thumb up

FOX...5The first half for 20 minutes he tossed it off neither attacking or defending Doh but as the game went on he played better and like palmer it was one of his better games although like palmer hes surplus to requirements when we get a better attacking left sided player unless we give Reach the role then he will stay put im afriad Doh

Summary of the defence is that the back three and goalkeeper are nearly 100% perfect today Thumb up the wingbacks arnt though as there attacking abilitys are non exsistant and thats what we need to change for the game against Reading and so on Thumb up bringing in Hunt obviously and do we sacrafice Reach in Midfield to get rid of Fox ?

REACH...7Up and down all day he never gave up and got some good crosses in although his shooting was xxxx awfull and he missed an absalute sitter in the first half

JONES...7Another good solid performance from dogshit but if you watch himcarefully you can see that he hides away from being passed too sometimes by staying stuck with his opponent Doh hopefully pussy will bring us something extra in this position and the sooner the better as the strikers need help scoring and Jones has scored his only goal for the club against Sunderland earlier in the season Whistle

WALLACE ...6Id say he was less involed than he was against the scrubbers but he was still alot more involved than he was when Cc was xxxx things up here ! he made some good passes turning attack into defence quickly and thats what the system asks Thumb up we need better though but again with the dogshit to offer BOYD what can we do ?

BOYD...4 DOGSHIT MOM Came on and fucked everything up he touched Doh is he going to get better ? hes had the injury as an excuse for so long that maybe he thinks he can just turn up and do nothing now Angry like abdi hes turning out to be a terrible signing Thumb down

Summary of this midfield 3 is that we are missing quality hopefully the transfer window and Pussy can provide us this Thumb up

RHODES...7 Missed his chance with a one on one against the goalie in the first half which for a striker is criminal but made up for it in the second half by providing Joao with two on a plate Thumb up i thought he played well today after being dogshit against the scrubbers and i thought he should have stayed on but Jos has little faith in him aswell as other mangers before and he got subbed ... watch this space i think with his dad in th stands and Matiass playing like he is we can see Rhodes leaving before transfer deadline Smartass

JOAO...7He was Skys Mom and if he had scored just one of those two feffing sitters he had missed then he would have been mine ! but yet again hes proving infront of goal that hes absalute dogshit Doh he game has come on leaps and bounds and he offers alot to this system Thumb up but if he doesnt start nailing some of the sitters then hes surplus to requirements aswell Thumb down

MATIASS...7This fellow is playing for another contract if ever ive seen it ? hes playing on a different level to what he was when that idiot CC was here ! for me he starts the cup game on friday as he links with Joao today left the cardiff defence naerly twisting there knecks off Whistle Reading will come with pretty much the same style of defence so we are going to need some pace to unlock it !! hes the man at the moment although i would rather xxxx one of Peiowls poster ladymen than give the xxxx another contract Whistle

BOB...5Came on and boxed Morrison well Thumb up did a job like always when talking about work ethics Thumb up but hes never going to score as is he ? BOB must leave as soon as we can get an offer for him

JOS...9Again with the dogshit on offer hes working miracles 3 clean sheets after how bad we were when the dickhead left is incredible Thumb up the system is just waiting for striker in the transfer window and a better quailty of midfield player to fit in with Reach and Pussy who is obviously the next step Thumb up he will tweak the team on friday and i dont see why we wont keep another clean sheet and hopefully score 1 of our 5 chances we will get Thumb up

Reach and Hunt would be my choice as wing backs, then the new boy Pelupessy could slot into the midfield 3. If Hutch ever gets fit we could slot him in as one of the 3 CB's if Pelupessy turns out to be a good buy.

If everyone was fit, my line-up:

Wildsmith
Lees, Hutch, Venancio
Hunt, Lee, Pelupessy, Bannan, Reach
FF, Rhodes

i think we may aswell move on with hutch as good as he is like Hooper there just not worth the time and bother ... we need a set team bar one or two injuries a season these two are the most injury prone unfit mother fuckers that ive ever known apart from Abdi matiass boyd etc !! this system that jos has is so simple we only need fit players ! the only player i would take a risk on is kieren lee as hes still got time ( and lets hope it was idiot xxxx his fitness up ) the rest if youre not fit xxxx off !! that has to be the way with this system !

I still think Van Acken would be better as part of a back 3 and could fit in that team in place of Hutch. Its interesting how Pudil seems such a better player when he plays in a back 3, he commands well, stays calmer and wins tackles and headers. Maybe him not getting forward benefits his game.

I'd switch Rhodes for Joao. Sure he missed a couple of sitters today but he was the only forward who really gave their defence difficulty.
