I'll take that point in the end. We never really got going, particularly in the second half but then neither did they really. We do seem to lack pace, particularly down the wings and there wasn't much overlapping from the full back either. On the whole a good point against a team that should be challenging for promotion, but a bit of a lackluster performance.

Fair result in the end. Decent team Hull, showed that in the 2nd half, good point in the end.

FT. Is a point good enough or should we have got them all? Didn't hear the first half when we were better.

Roll on Tuesday. I'm goin to that.

We didn't deserve to win, but then neither did they.  Neither team seemed able to have any concentrated pressure or possession, maybe we just cancelled each other out in the end.

To be right we had the best effort on goal in the second half when Bannan's cross was half volleyed by their defender and their keeper made a good save!!  Obviously the Beeb don't class that as an effort on target for us!!

There are negatives for sure, we've highlighted most of them.

This is a game we'd very likely have lost last season, to hold our own against one of the best teams in the league is proof of slow but continued progress. Did we even beat anyone in the top 8 last season?

QPR away on Tuesday, another tough game but in my opinion they aren't as strong as Hull. We could go there and rock them.

Rotherham we should beat, I'm sue they'll play up but we should win.

Forest's wheels have come off and their injury list is as long as Nuhiu, I can sniff 3pts there

Thought that was a decent performance today. Not brilliant but good enough to match one of the better teams in the division. Hull started well and had a few half hearted efforts on goal but after 15 mins we came into it and had some very good moments without over working their keeper although they got in some great blocks to help him out. Can see why they keep so many clean sheets. We got our goal and could have had a pen before and after it. Looked like a trip on Kieran Lee before the goal and Forestieri got body checked when making a run into the box.

Second half they started well again and got their goal and pushed us back by playing forward a bit earlier and getting runners onto the knock downs. We got back into it and had a few near misses, especially when their defender nearly scored a beauty at the back post. It took a very good save to keep it out. The end of the game was quite even and an untimely, off the ball, injury stopped us in our tracks as we looked like we were building up to a grandstand finish! Ref limped off to much sympathy. Not!

All in all, an ok day, especially as I got the score and scorer prediction bang on. Hurrah!

After the other results we're not looking too bad. A surprise win on the road midweek could set us up nicely..

I'd take a point again though tbf. then 3pts at Toytown.
