We need to act now ,its no good waiting for January ,there are 10 games to go til then and our season could rest on those 10 games.We need to get someone in who is going to motivate the players. Give the job to Ritchie for the next 10 games.
I personally think Fulton has done well recently and he certainly isn't the weak link.
The problem ,which is glaringly obvious, is midfield .Liddle is really bad and Nolan looks easy on the eye but doesnt actually create a lot if people stop to analyse him.Nolan should be the holding midfielder and Liddle should be somewhere far away.Both these are Dannys signings.Ariyibi has gone backwards along with O Shea and Gardner and Mitchell just isnt up to it at the moment ,I blame the management for this too.
