Remember that this ref Muir is the same ref who was involved in that 'diabolical game changing decision' when he denied us that pk (and other unbelievable calls!) at ER in last season's 1st leg play off match v the Bairns!! 
How did the Pars' defender, Ashcroft, not 'see red' after downing Shinnie in their pen box for our pk goal? He was also the 'behind the goal AR' who was involved in that infamous Meekings' hand ball incident on the goal line to deny Sparky at Hampden in the Scottish Cup semi-final, Celtic v ICT, together with his ref buddy, Steven McLean!!
