Yep! I'd tend to agree with that and that's why I question the purpose of the SFA referee monitoring system that should be identifying these kinda 'suspect' referees and eventually penalising them using some kind organised check list - IMO this current system is 'not fit for purpose' and should be altered/revamped to be a proper tool for improving the refereeing structure!! Hibs FC is currently a clear victim of this system but I'd put good money on the fact there are other victims as well!
