I reckon Raith foul count is already 'oot the windae' (and 5 x yellow cards so far!!!) - must be in the high teens and I would luv to play in this match for Hibs with my tackety boots on!!!!!! Correct 0762 just back from the game the ref had a absolute fkn nightmare totally lost control of the game gave fouls for nothing and ROBBED HFC of 3 points.
First point he sends big marv off for nothing then awards HFC the free kick secondly John McGinn tearing down the flank raith player just runs across and takes him right out of the game thirdly Martin Boyle racing down the wing raith player about shoves him into the terrace and no sign of a booking. For me a clear cut pen for hibs grant holt held to tHe ground by the defender another pen claim David Gray rises for a header at fae edge of the box also clearly taken out by a raith defender absolute joke.

Lennon absolutely slamming the referee, post match, and right to do it too IMO!!!! The high number of Raith fouls incl some real cynical ones, a joke red card decision and 2 x stonewall pks totally ignored by another clown of a referee. It wouldn't surprise me if Lenny incurs a ban but seriously, this referee should be the subject of intense formal scrutiny by the SFA itself - this whole ref performance was highly suspicious and I'm glad Hibs came out with a draw anyway but it should've been a win!!! I recognise this ref Finnie from a televised Rangers v Berwick Rangers match at Shielfield Pk a couple of years ago when the wee Gers 'took the lead' with a headed goal from a corner but suddenly the ref disallowed it for some reason. The goal was analysed from every conceivable angle and there was no push, no collision, hand ball - nothing!! The guys in the tv broadcast team were bemused by it and put it down to refereeing error - aye, a referee that sees something that nobody else sees. The accusation that Finnie is a 'closet Hun' is only anecdotal but I've occasionally read it since that 'incident'. However, if they are just incompetent anyway, 'weed them out' and replace with potentially competent refs FFS!!! There's so much talk about shit Scottish refereeing even on the tv broadcasts these days - a f###### joke at a time when Scottish footie is being slaughtered by various media sources and other footie analysts!!
