There's no doubt in my mind that his 'huff' over the Spurs transfer certainly put plenty of teams off him. I actually think had he maintained professionalism, they probably would've eventually paid our asking price. But as you say, his persistent use of social media isn't really what big teams want in their ranks...

Unfortunately there isn't any correlation between being a naturally gifted footballer and intelligent.

Maybe he'll get his form back when he goes though. He certainly has exhibited plenty of talent in the past and I can't help thinking a lot of his form is down to his mentality and our lack of any creative spark.
