We don't know if he did go to management before he spat his dummy out. I can sympathise if he did. But, I'd find it incredibly hard to believe that such a scenario would go down involving FF.
DC & CC both know his value to the Club and are unlikely to cause disharmony in that regard. He's accepted his fine so that would lean more to the side of Forestieri or his agent/whoever going behind the Clubs back. You wouldn't accept a fine if you'd already been treated unfairly.
He should start tonight though, I reckon it'll all be forgotten about soon enough. I'm sure after DC & FF sitting down together the problem can now be addressed.
