My pet hate is when people do something bad in the name of their religion!!  I have a complete distrust for the Christian Right over here, in fact I would say I would trust the Muslim community more than the Christian zealots we see here!!  I also hate it when their values or beliefs are rammed down your throat as things you to should adhere to, that's bollocks, as you said Stateside, we all know what is essentially right or wrong and shrouding that in some belief system still makes it right or wrong!!

And then they get to 'confess' it and everything is fine and dandy
