I don't think so. He'd have a Visa/Work permit and then a contract for 2-3yrs? I doubt it changes much when it comes to 'employing' a Lemon. We'd still be lumped with them until their work permit/contract ran out.
That would be interesting though, if clubs found themselves stuck with foreign players and could just push the 'Deport' button.
