Linking in to the other discussion, this is why we need out of the EU. More and more of these morons are becoming member states which allows them to reside freely in the UK

We've more or less got rid of the hooligan element from our football, although Uefa will still come down on us like a ton of bricks if someone farts in the bovril queue, while this lot will get a suspended fine at worst
