Aye hibeejim! And listen to the shit excuses re 'being picked on' - the 'offended party'routine etc!!! 
I've listened to this verbal crap in previous similar scenarios down the years where ENGLAND AND IT'S FANS ARE THE COMMON FACTOR AS USUAL. There are lotsa other countries and their fans involved in Euro 2016 and I see no probs with them and don't expect it either. I must say as soon as this problem escalates - IMO TURF ENGLAND OUT OF THE TOURNEY AND BE DONE WITH IT!! A piece of hard line management of such a tourney wouldn't go amiss for a change!! Tell them to GTF and lets move towards a cordial Euro 2016 again - the way it should've been all along!
