Hi All thought I would just update you all on this one.
With all of my moaning to the club about this issue over the past 12 months, earlier this week I finally managed to get to speak to Adrian Wright who is the Sales and Marketing Director at the club. To be fair he was very responsive especially after I pointed him towards other Premiership clubs who have same website contract as wba.co.uk with the Football League and they had managed to rectify the issue. I also supplied a few references to the WC3's specs on accessibility which I hoped helped.
Just two days later I get an e-mail from him and hey presto no more auto start of the Albion Player advert with the deafening sound that came with it.
So it is now officially safe to go on the club website without having your ears blown out, or alerting all your workmates if you are at work.
Thanks Adrian and West Bromwich Albion for listening.
