was van gaal harshly treated?

I think it would be hilarious now if Mourinho pulled out of the United job because of his image rights. No idea what they are - perhaps he didn't like the tacky picture of himself on scarves that they were flogging yesterday at Old Trafford. Feel a bit sorry for Van Gaal but with that payoff he'll be able to buy himself an ice cream to make himself feel better.

England will stumble embarrassingly out; NI have too many injuries; Republic could do best of the home teams but that may not be saying much.
