An almost hopeless case m'lud. One can only hope that a rest from all things football between the end of this weekend and the start of the Euro's helps to calm the troubled mind. I recommend lying down the patient in a darkened room and partaking of the waters contained in a bottle of whiskey while the play-off, FA Cup and other European and minor league finals are being played. The excitement otherwise may lead to an unfortunate bout of road rage and/or the beating of someone on the head or posterior with a large tree branch or copy of whatever woman's magazine happens to be available. With luck, the patient will be cured for the start of the next season in August. Otherwise, call the chaps in the white coats please m'lud.
