We are just going to have to disagree on this, everyone who is trying to tackle the problem acknowledge where the efforts really need to be concentrated every report on the issue makes it clear. Even your clubs previous custodians admit it.
It just isn't a wide problem in the scottish game generally,but it's certainly a problem with you and celtic and always has been. Right up to a youth cup final recently.....a youth cup game ffs.
Scale of the problem means added responsibility in dealing with it. I can't believe you struggle with that.
