We have had TP for 18 months hardly consolidation .... yes we have been top flight now for six years but how many managers, how many different playing styles, how many different training regimes, how many different transfer policies .... Where is the stability. I am not saying I am enjoying this season or our football but surely we need to have stability we need to have a little bit of continuity in playing, training, transfers etc.
We can not continue with the revolving door on the managers office ....
But one would only continue 'consolidation' under the same managerĀ if the regime was leading the club in the right direction for the medium to long term....development of a playing style one wanted to keep for the long term, development of young players, development of a coherent effective transfer policy.
None of those exist under Pulis. Consolidation doing nothing more than surviving becomes stagnation
