Fletch is trying hard to get them going but what is alarming is the Quality in the last third,
There isn't any 

Saido doesn't look interested, Sess good at running at people but final ball not good enough,
And for all Mclean's huff and puff he cant cross a ball.
Six occasions i have counted he has hit the ball low straight into a defender when crossing it

Thought so more passes and 55% Possession
Think i prefer it at 30 odd and a 1 goal lead

One shot on target though is not good enough but as I say that's down to poor crossing etc ....
