Best Championship centre backs

If it is based on opinions and on ability (or perceived ability) and not stats ie goals conceded when theyve been playing then i would say that the list isnt miles away.

I would go
1) keane- lad oozes quality, bet manure regret letting him go
2) dunk- has been central to brighton season really, not just this year but last few and i see him moving up a league soon
3) batth- id put him on, wolves havent been great recently and defensively they are a different side with him in and when he's out, young and their captain also. He's one who you'd dread coming up against
My other two are probably ones that people would disagree with.
4) sean morrison- we made a huge mistake not going for him, imagine him and lynch. Just think. He's a collossus of a player and regardless of how he's played or what he's done this season his ability is definitely there.
5) finally it is another morrison, but michael of Birmingham. Been a fan of his since when he played for Charlton against back in league one. Nothing truly amazing about him just when I've seen him he's always seem to have the knack of getting the job done and getting in the right place at the right time. Although i havent seen much of him this season to the extent that I'm not sure he's even there! If he isnt then I'd have to agree with the original article and go with ayala. Boro miss him when he doesnt play. Hes a bit of a rolls royce of a defender, a bit like someone we have...
