Just had a closer look while not signed in to the website. And it would appear that when you click on the heart, it just prompts you to sign in, or sign up! So that isn't going to work. 
But if the link is shared on social media, it's marginally possible that somebody somewhere might see something that they like enough to actually buy. Who knows?
