Rafa is a proven top class manager and he is going to a struggling, dying Newcastle that need complete reorganisation from top to bottom. With the exception of the stadium and fan base, tell me what Newcastle offer a manager that we don't?

An owner (Mike Ashley) who will put his own money in, and with that and the bigger fan base, higher wages which attracts players that managers want. But I guess Albion can pay high wages too if it's the right player.
