Edit: I get your philosopher manager analogy, it makes sense sort of, but it's also the modern way. Mourinho stuck rigidly to his system, as does Klopp, LVG, Guardiola, MacInnes, Neilson and even Stubbs.
Modernity. Isn't it time we looked at it?
