Have to agree but...
So, where we went wrong was none of our team includes "balanced pacey, skilful players"?
Is this back to our recruiting team being rubbish - we went from being a highly regarded club from the bottom up (training accademy to being financially sound) to being a laughing stock.
That includes struggling against weaker teams, TP and SB.
How someone come from another country and be welcomed with open arms, supported and looked after both him and his family and after 10-12 years just want to throw that away makes me dispair (possibly at the youth in general today) there is not loyalty anymore from youths.
OR has something changed? lets say he's not a spoilt brat who can't control himself outside the gates. lets assume something else has triggered all these issues. Ask ourselves when did all this start? Was is about the time of RH and Ashcroft leaving? Was he then being treated differently by AI and then TP? Perhaps his father figures and Psychological support got dragged from under his feet and this is the result of being set free? Perhaps hes not being greedy but he just wants to get away from something / someone?
GRRRRR makes me so angry (time for the gumshield and rubber hat to go back on!).
Its just like being at work - as soon as someone starts to get supervisor / management (in control) positions i'm sure they have a "practical / obvious" labotamy! all the worker (fans in our case) can see whats wrong but theres just no telling them. So same here, the fans can see whats wrong the the management dont listen, wont listen or just cant hear what we the fans want of would like.
