From what I have seen from Pocognoli and Gamboa against lower league opposition they are not in the team because they are quite frankly shit.
Gamboa has tremendous pace but little else.
Poco looks decent going forward but can't defend.
That's alright we've got Anichebe I'm sure he will do a job at right back
