That's all you're likely to get. Written apologies without action. They certainly didn't offer to waive a months fee, or even a weeks fee credit. there's no reason to believe it won't happen again.
As I said before and Charlie says above. Next year this contract will run out and we could expect something better, I'll certainly pay for that.
Whether it's 5 quid or 500 quid though, for me, the principle is the same. It isn't going to get better with the current provider or their setup would already have reflected this from the first day of operation. Instead, they have declined. For me this is unacceptable. For others maybe not so.
Looking forward to next year when we're on the Tv all the time here and we do finally get that quality radio internet feed.
