It really is that simple regardless of whatever's said by clubs. He is an important player for SJ and they won't want to lose him but they will have a figure in mind over what they will let him go for.
From what i've seen 500k seems fair. He needs to work on his finishing a bit but he is very quick and skillful.

How can a club be in anyway criticised for making a bid if this is the case? Since value is subjective, in this situation any bid is a fair bid.
