Who had a go at the club?  That's what fans of the Edinburgh clubs do - the criticism is obviously of the fans.

PATENTLY IT ISNT WORKING IF SHE'S HAVING TO TAKE TO TABLOIDS TO GET HER MESSAGE ACROSS,sounds like a critisism o' the club tae me,, how daeyou know it's no' working,it might well be, i think some fans involved in the ross county outrage have already been dealt wi'.and whats wrong wi' using the media, rangers and the breadman arnae shy aboot using it tae get their stories oot there.

but i must say it takes some brass neck for rangers supporters tae criticise the efforts o' other clubs tae deal wi' problems without recognising the fact their ain club has even bigger problems amongst their fans and dae sweet **** all about it

Because it sounds like it to you doesn't mean that it is.  To say that something isn't working isn't a criticism of the attempt.

"It" what is "it" in this case? "acknowledging they have a problem", "decrying and disowning the fans responsible" I would suggest from your post.

Is "it" working?  Well since a different tactic has been adopted I would assume not: the fans are still fighting.  

Who is it that's doing wrong?  The fans.

Who then is being criticised?  The fans.

So, where is the criticism of the club? Ah, I don't see it.

You are so perennially busy criticising Rangers FC for things beyond their control you assume everyone else is doing the same.

Hearts have no power to stop fans fighting in the street around the stadium.  If there are fights in the stadium and their stewarding is inadequate then they need to use the police and I believe this is what they have done.  It's a public order problem not a Hearts problem - Hearts are not the "source" of violence in society.
