I genuinely believe that TP is doing a grand job at the Albion.

Now, as this transfer windows opens up, I am wondering whether a foreign footballer looking to the Premiership looks at West Brom this year as a good mid table club to sign for and show off his skills. We are hard to beat, we have taken big scalps, and we have a need for their skills and so first team football is very possible for a new arrival - they will be adding value.

I, too, think TP is doing a grand job; just about my only reservations are regarding square pegs in round holes, and flair players.
Regarding the latter I realise we're not privvy to what goes on at the club, but I worry that TP has a reputation of not playing 'flair' players, and therefor we will struggle to attract any that would fall into this category
