In my opinion classing Pulis's successful start as a honeymoon period isn't a consistent way to compare managers. That's what myself and others have suggested and I would stand by the logic of it.
I agree with you about the average dropping this season as the stats don't lie. As I said in my original post, comparing like for like without dismissing a period of time as a honeymoon period he's on track as our most successful coach to date in the Premier League.
