Wasn't saying that this was down to Exeter City just a common sense approach to ticketing for games in general by the FA. If the uptake doesn't happen then by all means offer them back to the home club.

All you have to do is change some regulations for the different types of game.....and up in Scotland pigs would be flying unless the changes were of benefit to Celtic and Rangers.
