I wish you all the best and hope you can fight this god damn disease for as long as you're strong enough and able to do so.
I don't know you but the fact that you're a football fan the same as me is enough to give us a mutual bond, Wednesday & The Baggies shared Brunty, Megson, Varadi, Watson & Palmer to name just a few and we also share a dislike for your neighbours.
Up the Owls for the rest of the season mate hope they can give you something back for all you've given them.
Thoughts are with you and your family at this awful time.
I now live in Shropshire so have quite a few Baggie mates. I consider a goal by Bomber Brown to be the best ever scored against Wednesday in a cup tie in the late 60s. Palmer & Brunt are two of my favourite all time OWLS and I always look out for ex OWLS & wish Brunty well.

I was there, Steve, (on Leppings Lane). I remember that goal better than any, and then I heard Bobby Charlton (back in the 90s) say it was the best goal he'd ever seen! It was the 1st game of the 1970s, 3rd round of the Cup; you won 2-1 thanks to 2 goals by Jack Whitham, whose career went downhill when you sold him to the mighty Pool.
Your Club and ours share similar colours and history.
Hope you can make it to The Hawthorns next season.![]()
