Deano could never have played under himself

Is it managers, or just other people? Or me?

Who'd have thought Drew Talbot would be the one player identified to be changed after the Oldham defeat?

Who'd have thought Hird was a better bet at right back?

Who'd have been convinced Hird was even ahead of Herd or O'Neil in the right back race?

Who'd have thought a Rotherham reserve would be in front of Hird and Raglan at centre back?

Who'd have thought Raglan wouldn't have established himself as a regular by now?

Who'd have expected O'Neil so rarely to have even been in contention beyond the sitting areas?

Who'd have thought Harrison would have been assigned to the freezer? The Football League paper interviewed him about his opinion of Jamie Cureton, so he's still alive in there.

Who'd have known Ariyibi turned into a pumpkin if asked to play more than 20 minutes?

Who, having watched Dean Saunders play, would have thought he could be so lacking in imagination managerially? I think he would have been really frustrated to play under himself!
