How do you get Jon Stead to be a Legend?
- He's more of a Leg End as far as I can see. Lets be honest, in his 12 year career to date he's played in 385 league games and for a so called striker has only netted 87 times, which equates to only 7.25 goals per season, which is an absolute pittance. Furthermore, he's only played 86 league games for Town and scored a paltry 24 goals. 
So, don't try telling me that any striker who only finds the net once every 4.4 games throughout is career, is anywhere near being a legend. Genuine Town legends are such as Denis Law, Les Massie, Frank Worthington and Boothy etc. and stead couldn't lick the boots of any of them.
